How long will it take before I get my package delivered?
Our headquarters operate between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. All orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) or outside of these hours will begin processing the following business day. Processing the order takes 1 to 2 business days. Then the courier takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number from us as soon as your package ships.
Can I return my international order?
Yes! Our return policies apply for international orders too. Please note that customers are responsible for the amount charged for shipping back the jewelry to ElenaTs Jewelry.
Is there a ElenaTs Jewelry store location I may visit?
We currently do not have any retail stores as we want to offer you the best prices possible.
What Materials Are ElenaTs Jewelry Made Of?
Our jewelry is made of copper or brass. We offer 4 platings: 18kt rose gold, 14kt gold, 24Kt gold and rhodium.
Do You Offer Gift Wrapping?
All of our pieces are packed in small individual boxes. These boxes are excellent for gifts. Many of our customers love the packaging we have made. Boxes are included in the price of the product.
Can I Track My Parcel?
All packages are send by Canada Post. If you want to track your order, write to us in the Contacts section . We will send you your track number.
